Commonly asked questions about my approach to longevity medicine
Frequently Asked Questions about Longevity Medicine

1. What makes your approach different from traditional psychiatry or longevity clinics?
I don’t just treat symptoms—I optimize your entire biological, metabolic, and cognitive health for long-term performance. My approach is precision-based, data-driven, and concierge-level, meaning you get personalized, high-touch care designed around your specific biomarkers, lifestyle, and goals. This isn’t a cookie-cutter health plan. It’s a custom strategy for longevity and peak function.
2. Do you take insurance?
No. Insurance limits the kind of care I provide. Longevity and optimization require deep, personalized analysis and cutting-edge interventions, which traditional insurance models don’t cover. That said, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
3. What’s included in your longevity programs?
Each plan is completely customized, but typically includes:
✅ Comprehensive biomarker testing & analysis (hormonal, metabolic, cognitive)
✅ Personalized nutrition, supplementation, and fasting strategies
✅ Cognitive optimization, nootropics, and neuroprotective protocols
✅ Metabolic health tracking (insulin sensitivity, cardiovascular function, VO2 max)
✅ Ongoing adjustments based on lab data & real-world outcomes
This isn’t a one-and-done appointment—it’s continuous, high-level optimization.
4. How long should I commit to a program?
Minimum: 3 months.

That’s the amount of time it takes to get real, measurable progress. Many clients continue for 6–12 months to fine-tune their optimization plans, track results over time, and integrate longevity strategies into their lifestyle.
5. Do you offer one-time consultations?
Yes, but true longevity optimization requires ongoing refinement. You can start with an Initial Longevity Assessment (90 minutes, $750) to get a deep-dive analysis and personalized strategy. If you just need quick adjustments, I offer 25-minute ($250) and 50-minute ($350) follow-ups.
6. Do I have to be in Washington, D.C. to work with you?
No. I offer virtual consultations for patients outside of D.C. However, some services (such as certain lab testing and treatments) may require in-person visits or coordination with local providers.
7. Do you prescribe medications or hormone therapy?
Yes, if clinically appropriate. I integrate traditional psychiatric and medical treatments with longevity-focused interventions, but my approach prioritizes root-cause optimization before prescriptions. If medication or hormone therapy aligns with your goals and biomarkers, I’ll incorporate it into your plan.
8. What kind of testing do you offer?
I use advanced, functional lab testing to get a high-resolution view of your health. This includes:

🧠Cognitive & Neurotransmitter Testing – Processing speed, executive function, dopamine, and neuroinflammation markers.
🔥 Metabolic & Longevity Biomarkers – Insulin sensitivity, LDL-P, ApoB, CRP, fasting glucose, VO2 max.
🩸 Hormonal Optimization – Testosterone, DHEA, thyroid function, cortisol balance.
🔬 Genetic & Epigenetic Testing – APOE4 (Alzheimer’s risk), methylation, and longevity gene expression.
📊 Wearable & AI-Integrated Tracking – HRV, sleep cycles, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM).
9. Do you work with executives, athletes, or biohackers?
Yes. Many of my patients are high-functioning professionals, entrepreneurs, and athletes looking to sustain peak mental and physical performance for decades. Whether you’re optimizing for longevity, resilience, or focus, I take a high-performance, science-driven approach to getting you the best results.
10. What’s the first step?
📅 Book an Initial Longevity Assessment (90 minutes, $750). That’s where I analyze your history, recommend key biomarker testing, and outline a strategy for cognitive, metabolic, and whole-body optimization.
